WPI - Republish

Navigate to Tools > WPI > Open a WPI summary     > Republish

We can finally launch a long-awaited feature in the WPI (Workplace Instructions) module - namely, a Republish button! If you know, for example, after receiving a new SDS (Safety Data Sheet), that a WPI should remain valid, you no longer need to click through the entire WPI, but rather simply just click on Republish. You will then get a suggested new revision date 3 years ahead, which can be adjusted if desired.

See your WPI’s from Departments button

Navigate to Departments

For those of you who have the WPI (workplace instructions) module, you will now be able to see your signed WPIs directly in the department view, by clicking on the Departments button in the four main menu buttons to the right. This means it will be easier to get an overview of the WPIs you have in the department and quickly access the important information and handling instructions.

New welcome page

We are taking a step forward in improving our iChemistry homepage. For those who have created a custom welcome page, you will notice a slightly new design of the format. For those who do not have a custom homepage, you will see the main buttons directly instead, for quicker navigation to the task you intend to perform.

Substances of concern – comply with CSRD

Large companies need to report Substances of concern according to CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and its ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standard) E2 – Pollution. In the coming years, this directive will affect smaller businesses as well. Read more about the directive on our website: What does CSRD mean for companies in the EU?

We can now offer an advanced report where Substances of concern are listed, read more here: Substances of concern (CSRD ESRS E2)

E-mails for Application flex

Navigate to Tools > Applications

This information is for those of you that have the Application flex module. We have improved the design of the e-mail that is being sent out with approving/rejecting an application. In the e-mail, you will see the name of the applicant, the department and all comments made in the approval/rejection step in a clear way.
