Redesigned Reports with improved search/filtering
Navigate to Reports > Choose any report
We are now introducing a major enhancement to one of our core functions: Reports!
You will experience a high performance in generating search results when you use the new search and filtering functions. Check out the three new search functions:
- Search in all fields, for simpler searches in all fields at the same time.
- Column search, where you can be more specific in your search and combine data from different columns.
- Advanced filtering, where you can create groups of criteria and combine them to find exactly what you need.
We are gradually rolling out the same look and search options for all list views in iChemistry. All to make it easy for you to find the data you are looking for.

A new look in all tables
From January 13th, you will see the new look for the columns in iChemistry, which affects basically all pages! Check out a new fresh appearance where you can immediately see which column the data is sorted on.
Big remake of Document module
Navigate to Tools > Own documents
We are redesigning the document module to make it easier for you to find what you're looking for. In this first step, only documents you have added yourself will be shown here, to avoid mixing them up with for example additional SDS in other languages, etc., which you find in iSafe for the respective products.

Product application flex: New column “Applicant”
Navigate to Tools > Applications (only applies to systems with Application flex)
For those of you using Application Flex, you will now notice a new column in the list of applications: Applicant. All to make it easy for you to see right away who sent the application.
See all restriction lists before adding new product to inventory
Navigate to Tools > Inventory > Add > Search for a product > Hover over the product number
When you are about to add new products to your inventory, you can hover over the i-number to see if the product is matched against any restriction lists. Before, only standard lists were shown here, but now you will see all lists there, including the lists you have chosen to add to your system yourself.

New restriction list: POPs (Persistent organic pollutants)
Navigate to Overview > Restriction and prohibition lists (note that this is an add-on list)
Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) are organic substances that persist in the environment, accumulate in living organisms, and pose a risk to our health and the environment. We can now offer POPs as an add-on list in iChemistry so you can keep track of these substances. Contact your account manager if you are interested in getting the list or contact support@intersolia.com.
