On Saturday the 13th of August 2022, we will update iChemistry with minor feature and stability improvements, alongside the following more significant changes explained here below.
Updated design
We continue to develop iChemistry to be more modern and user-friendly. In addition to our new login page, which we presented before the summer, we have updated fonts and new icons throughout the system. You can find the functions in the same place as before and have not changed, but the eyes can now rest on a more modern graphic design. Take a look after August 13th!
My account
We are improving the functionality to edit in My Account, click on your user in the bottom corner under the print function. Under the Organization tab, select which department you belong to and want to see as default. Under Personal info you can edit your name and phone number, and under Password you can update your password.
Own fields
For those of you who have the Own fields function, we are increasing the maximum number of fields from 10 to 20. Do not hesitate to contact Customer Service if you have any questions regarding Own fields.
New restriction lists for the Netherlands
We can now offer two new standard restriction lists for our Dutch customers: Total list of ZZS and List of potential ZZS. The source of the lists is Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu.
Archive WPI via the inventory
Information for those of you who use the WPI module:
If you remove a product from inventory, that has a WPI linked to it, you will now have the option to directly archive the linked WPI in the same step as you remove the product. This applies also to group WPIs.
