Open access

Navigate to Settings > Permissions > Open Access

We’ve been rolling out many improvements in Open Access lately!

Here are the latest updates:

  • Search by product name to see all activities it’s included in.
  • Quickly identify which products are part of an activity.
  • View supplier information alongside products.
  • “All” Tab – Appears when you start searching, which allows you to do a broader search.

Print button in top menu will be removed

In connection to our recent improvements of being able to print reports, we decided to remove the “Print” button from the top menu to not confuse anyone. Don’t worry! If you need to print a page, simply right-click in your browser and select “Print” – this brings up the same view as the old menu button Print did.

Moved knowledge base button

You may have noticed the popup message about a change for our Helpcenter, but if not, here’s an update! The Helpcenter button, where you reach our Knowledge base, has moved from the bottom left to the upper right and is now part of the menu bar. This way, it integrates seamlessly into the system without obstructing any data you need to see.

New look in Risk assessment

Navigate to Tools > Risk assessment

We informed last release about the new design of our risk assessment module, but due to some technical issues, the launch was delayed a few weeks so therefore we inform about it again.

The new risk assessment module is designed with a fresh look that makes it easier to filter, search, and organize your information. While maintaining the same overall functionality, we've introduced enhancements that streamline your workflow, making risk management more intuitive and efficient.

Now, all the details for one department are consolidated in one easy-to-navigate list. Here are the key highlights of the update:

  • Four new tabs: Clearly differentiate risk assessments with tabs showing which are signed, which are incomplete or need attention, and which have been archived.
  • Red indicators: Important areas that still require action are now highlighted with red indicators, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • Enhanced filters and sorting: You can now filter and sort by various criteria such as risk sources or activity names, making it easier to find exactly what you need.
  • Visibility of general risk assessments: Easily identify general risk assessments and see where in the organizational tree they’ve been inherited from.

In addition, the updated design aligns perfectly with the rest of our system, providing a seamless and familiar user experience.

We hope these updates help you manage your risk assessments with greater ease and efficiency.

Print reports – improvement of column settings

Navigate to Reports

Recently, we introduced the long-awaited feature to print your reports to PDF. Now, we’ve improved the Column Settings functionality, making it clearer which data you exclude before printing.

Since PDFs have limited space for displaying data, we recommend removing any unnecessary information to ensure the best print results.

Application flex – two new columns

Navigate to Tools > Applications. Please note that this applies only for systems with Application flex.

We’ve made two enhancements in Application Flex to improve your experience:

  • Improvement of the “Status” column in Completed tab – makes it easier to see what has been approved and rejected.
  • Introduction of a “Completed date” column in Completed tab – for more detailed tracking of finished tasks.
