Would you like to see a product list (report) for a certain department, or maybe for your whole organization?

Navigate to the Reports button in the menu row.

Choose which report you're interested in

Some reports are included in all systems, such as Basic report, and some reports are optional/add-on reports.

The most used reports are found under Reports > Products. What they have in common are the columns: trade name, product numbers and a link to the SDS for each product. Other than that, we just recommend you to click around in the different reports, to get acquainted with what they show.

Choose how the report should be displayed

1. First, choose a department in the department tree to the right.

Then you have the option to display products from a specific department or choose to include products from the subdepartments as well:

2. Selected dep.: This option will display existing products from the chosen department in the organization tree.

3. Departments: Selecting this option will show existing products from the chosen department and its subdepartments, sorted by each department. If a product appears in multiple subdepartments, it will be displayed multiple times accordingly. An extra column for "Location" shows up to the right.

4. Summarize: This option provides a summarized list of the selected department and its subdepartments. Products that are inventoried in several subdepartments will only be shown in one row in the summarized report.

Search and filter criteria

There are three ways of search and filtering your data.

1. Search in all fields

Primarily use this field for simple searches, such as product names.

2. Column search

Use Column search if you want to search for specific criteria and combine them.

For example, you can search for Hazard Statement: H317 in combination with Classification: Skin Sens. 1a to search for highly allergenic products.

3. Advanced filter

Here is the option for those who need to perform advanced filtering. You can create conditional groups to combine multiple search criteria. Use the AND/OR-criteria between both criteria and conditional groups.

For example, you can search for hazard statement: H317 "OR" H334 in combination with new conditional group "AND" Skin sens 1a.

  • Product types
Here you see a list of product types. When you click on a product type for a list of products that have been assigned to that product type. You can also see the total amount consumed/stored for a certain product type, the system sums it up for you if you have added that information in the inventory.
  • Links
A list of your products and the links to the products' SDS's and generic safety sheets. If you have the service of additional documents (e.g. we request SDS's on an additional language than your primary) you will see those documents here as well.
