Chemical product labels must by law carry specific information — hazard symbols, warning phrases, substance details, supplier contact, and more. The Labels add-on delivers all of that data automatically from iChemistry to your label system, so every label you produce is correct and up to date.
⭐ This is an add-on — not included in the standard subscription. Labels is activated separately after agreement with Intersolia.
What a label record contains
| Product name & article number | The product name and your article number. |
| Hazard symbols | The standardised danger symbols required on the label. |
| Signal word | "Warning" or "Danger" — the mandatory hazard indicator. |
| Hazard phrases (H-phrases) | What the hazard is — e.g. "H315 – Causes skin irritation". |
| Precautionary phrases (P-phrases) | How to handle and store the product safely. |
| Substance breakdown | Substances in the product with CAS numbers and concentration ranges. |
| Supplier details | Full name, address, phone, and email — required by law on the label. |
| UFI code | The EU-mandated Unique Formula Identifier for poison centre reporting. Included when available. |
Always reflects the latest safety data. When a safety data sheet is updated in iChemistry, the corrected label data is available at the next sync — without anyone needing to act.

Good to know
This delivers data, not a finished label. The add-on provides all the information needed for a label — text, symbols, codes, supplier details — but not a ready-to-print design. Your own label software uses that data to produce the actual label.
Only products registered in iChemistry are included. The connection only returns data for products that are part of your iChemistry account.
Fetch only what has changed. After the first full sync, each subsequent request returns only products whose label data has been updated — keeping data transfers small regardless of catalogue size.
