The Document Links add-on lets your own systems — webshop, ERP, intranet, or any other platform — retrieve up-to-date links to safety data sheets directly from iChemistry. No manual downloading, no outdated PDFs, no double maintenance.
⭐ This is an add-on — not included in the standard subscription. Document Links is activated separately after agreement with Intersolia.
What you receive
For each product the connection returns:
| Direct document link | A secure URL that always opens the current version of the safety data sheet. |
| Product & article number | Your own article number plus Intersolia's internal reference. |
| Product name | The full product name as registered in iChemistry. |
| Language & market | Which language and country the document is prepared for. |
| Published date | When the safety data sheet was last published by the supplier. |
| Last changed | When something changed for this product in iChemistry — useful for incremental updates. |
The link always points to the current document. When Intersolia's update service publishes a new version of a safety data sheet, the link is already correct — your system doesn't need to do anything.

Good to know
Only inventoried products are included. Only products registered in your iChemistry inventory are returned. Products outside your account are not accessible.
Filter by department or date. You can request documents for a specific department only, or just the ones that have changed since your last request.
Secure connection. All communication is encrypted. Access requires valid credentials and only your own inventory is accessible.
